Squirting? Peeing? Help!

I am 28 years old and have been married for 8 years. NEVER have I “squirted.” However, just now when we were nearing the end I suddenly felt things get SUPER wet in there and heard the different sound of him being in me and it “slurping.” I immediately stopped and asked if he came inside of me, because he is against doing that since I’m not on birth control, he says no. I turn on the light and we are both covered from lower abdomen to mid-thigh with a clear liquid. When I stood up it rolled down my inner thighs. I am mortified! Did I pee on him?? Did I squirt?? Why the hell is this happening at almost thirty years old?!
