Hey, mamas!

My little girl will be 1 on August 24th. With that being said, I'm clueless on when to stop giving formula. When do you stop? And when you do stop, do you substitute with whole milk? Do they still have bottles throughout the day, or just the 3 meals. I'm so confused and clueless.🤦🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️
