Could I be pregnant or am I just crazy

I’ve been on birth control for about 1.5 years now... Mononessa to manage my PCOS. I have a boyfriend, we have sex a lot. He always pulls out even though he’s well aware by now that isn’t super effective and doesn’t need to happen because of the birth control, it’s a teenage habit he can’t break. My last period ended two weeks ago. I’m currently visiting my family without him, the last time we had sex was 10 days ago. 2 days ago I had some very light bleeding that was super light pink and that’s not a color I’ve ever seen before at any point in my cycle. I read online that can be a sign of implantation bleeding. Now I’ve got some light cramping, whereas I usually have very debilitating cramps. Is it too soon to take a pregnancy test?
