Question about implantation bleeding......
I’ve never experienced implantation bleeding before and I’ve had 3 miscarriages. Well I’m finally pregnant and for the first time ever I had severe cramps one night and the next morning I had light spotting and then a positive HCG blood test. Do you think this is a good sign? I see my specialist again next week for First ultrasound at 7 weeks..
