accupunture and pof

hi. in February I was diagnosed with pof at age 39. i had gotten off the pill in November 2017 and had not had a period. Since I was about to turn 40 I called my doctor and she ordered a lab test. that's when she told me about the pof/high fsh. So In April i started accupunture/herbs. I have now had my period twice! my accupunturist is helping me get it more regular. I am feeling a bit more hopeful. my next step is retesting my fsh. anyone experience anything similar?
