Bad Postcoital test results

My husband had his semen analysis done last week and the dr said his morphology and motility were great, and his count was 125 million. Great news right? Well I went in for my postcoital this morning. There was only 1 single sperm swimming in my sample with no visible dead sperm. My doctor looked for several minutes and couldn’t find anything else. He said the ph and quality of my cervical mucus was great. So how is this even possible? Where were all the sperm? Is it possible that his semen analysis was that far off? I’m so confused y’all.
