Accidents?!😩 and getting hurt

Ok I dont know if I’m being over protective or if I should start being worried

The world these days has got me on edge..

My son is 1 year and last month got hurt at daycare fell on a knob in the kitchen and loosened a tooth bleed for a couple hours

Today daycare sent me a picture of a bruised goose egg from falling.

Mind you he has not ever been hurt at home minus a scratch here and there.

Are these accidents normal at a daycare or should I be looking else where?

I love the daycare he loves the daycare

Just a small licensed one out of a home but this is my first child I dont know what to expect. Any guidence or advice would be great.

How should I handle with the daycare?
