Anti depressant due to postpartum depression

How many of you gained massive amount of weight while taking anti depressants due to postpartum depression and how did you loose the weight? I had my son 8 months ago and 6 months ago got diagnosed with postpartum depression since being on the medicine I’ve gained a massive amount of weight and can’t seem to loose no matter how hard I try. Any suggestions on how to loose it?
