Bad Ultrasound Tech

I'm a very patient person. I understand we all go through things that others dont know about so if someone isn't isn't 100% I dont usually get mad. However. I had the most rude ultrasound technician today. I was sent to a specialist because I had positive antibodies in my blood. I was worried to death. My mom was coming with me but was having a hard time finding exactly where I was in the hospital. She called and said she got help and was gonna be there in like two minutes. I was then called to go back for my appointment but I asked if we could wait just a second. I didnt want to be alone if i was going to get some bad news. The lady huffed and said she could wait like a minute but she had a lot to do. I apologized and went out in the hall to see if I could wave down my mom. She was right there. So we were delayed like 2 minutes max. I thanked the lady several times for waiting. And she just kinda rolled her eyes and walked back to an ultrasound room. She then asked if i knew why I was there. which concerned me because they called me for an appointment not the other way around. so I tried my best to explain what I had been told. then she told me I was getting and ultrasound and to push my pants down. I have only had vaginal ones so I was confused why I didnt get a cover up but then she said the just needed them down a little. oops. silly me. lol I was a ball of nerves. I then asked if we could video the ultrasound to send to my husband who's deployed. the last ultrasound I had I was able to so I was just asking for a curtousy. she got all upset saying no no no. I was like ok. sorry. that broke my heart that my hubby wouldnt get to see. then without warning she just started pressing insanely hard and it hurt but I figured she knew what she was doing. all I wanted to see was the heart beat so I asked if I could see it and shes like I can let you hear it. but I insisted on seeing it. and it was beautiful. then she asks if I wanted to test for down syndrome. I had already told my doctor I didnt want to so I was concerned of why she asked. like. was she seeing something? then she turns it off and sat me up and tossed a rag on me to clean up the goo but since she sat me up so quick it was already on my pants and shirt. then she threw a couple of ultrasound pictures on my stomach and walked out of the room. like. what? then came back and asked of I needed more tests and I was like. I dont know. yall called me. I have no idea what's going on. so she brings me to this room and said the doctor would be with us. and then a minute or so later the doctor came in and asked the same thing. do you know why you're here. I was so frustrated and upset. I asked her if she knew. because I was getting worried. then she started talking and she was one if not the best doctor I've ever spoken with. explained everything so simply even a 5 year old could understand. she made me feel so much better. but I just hate that the other lady's attitude made it to where I couldn't even enjoy my ultrasound. I'm sorry this was so long. rant over.
