Trigger warning question

It’s about miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy and chemical pregnancies. Is it possible that something in wrong in our bodies causes them? I’m just trying to better understand. A close friend of mine has an ectopic pregnancy June 28th of 2017. Then on June 28th of this year she found out she’s having a miscarriage. I’m so heartbroken for her. I don’t understand how this is even possible. She spent a whole year trying just to receive another heartbreak on the same day. Why is the universe so cruel 😭 I see women on here all of the time mention they’ve had multiple pregnancy losses and it just breaks my heart. Could it possibly be do to something being “off” in our bodies that block them from having healthy pregnancies
