2 year old sleep regression?

Anyone else now having a battle at bedtime with their 2 year old? My son was brilliant at going to bed and he turned 2 on the 13th of July. Now for the past week he has been terrible at bedtime. He will go down fine and by the time you get downstairs he is screaming for mummy and daddy. My husband and I will have to go in and out the room at least 3 times to tell him it’s bedtime and to go to sleep before he will actually stop shouting for someone.

My son was born the 13th too 😊 We had problems a couple weeks leading up to his birthday with bedtime. He was also having some separation anxiety and would scream and cry when we put him in his crib. He ended up climbing out of the crib so I started out staying in his room till he fell asleep. After a couple of weeks I was able to stop doing this and he’s now about back to normal. Though we did have to add nursery rhyme music until he falls asleep. But if it means not having to stay there till he falls asleep, I’ll take it.
