Is there any way to tell if I’m pregnant?

Alright so I’m about to sound dumb because itsonly been a week since I had sex but, me and my boyfriend had sex on a day when I was my most fertile (or so this app said) and I didnt look at the app till later that day so I didn’t even know! The sex was unprotected and he pulled out late! Trust me I know because I was seeping semen the next day. So I kinda put it off as weird discharge because he told me he pulled out and when I finally realized what it was... it was too late for a plan B is there anyway to detect pregnancy during the first week of conception?
