Should I be worried ? TMI

I woke up around 8am this morning needing to pee but I ended up falling back asleep then I woke up at 11 and when I went to go use the restroom I noticed it was hurting and I only peed very little and through out the whole day it’s been hurting down there I went to my doctors and nothing showed up in my urinalysis but why am I getting this pain and why can’t I pee. correctly like normally I’m 29 weeks pregnant
