TMI!!! Help?

Okay well a few days ago I was shaving down there and noticed a reddish-purple bump, but it was just a bump and that's normal for me so I didn't think anything of it.

Yesterday it hurt so I was looking at it. It seemed to have a head like a pimple, so I tried to see if anything would come out. What came out was a clear liquid and some blood, but no pus.

Now today it's a hole and I can see inside of it.

I'm not sure if it was just a pimple and it's in its healing stage now or if it's an ingrown hair and I need to find the hair.
