FTM postpartum healing question

Hey all so I am 4 days post partum with my baby girl as a first time mom. So I only got stitches in the inside no outside tearing but I do have what looks to be a burn?? It’s on the inner lips right next to my urethra this red area and whenever I use the bathroom it burns to the point where I cry it’s so bad. Has anyone ever had that? Is it normal? Is it just stretched skin maybe that’s irritated??
