I had an ultrasound today and I’m only 4 weeks and 6 days and nothing was able to be seen and the tech said she can’t tell me if it’s good or bad . I’m so scared that I’m miscarrying or an ectopic pregnancy . Having little pains but no bleeding . Anyone else experience this ?
