When to take out belly button ring.

So I have a belly button ring that I love but I don’t wanna take it out until I have to and then I wanna switch to the “pregnancy” ones. Has anyone used them? Are they worth it or should I just take the piercing out completely and call it good?

I was able to keep my regular belly ring in until 25 weeks but then my skin was sore so when I put the pregnancy belly ring in my skin was still agitated and ended up hurting really bad so I took it out two weeks ago entirely... the one thing I didn’t want to do is lose my belly ring but I’m hopeful that I’ll be able to put it back in after birth

I used a maternity bar from 32 weeks as my belly was huge and normal bar was starting to really dig in.i had no problems with maternity bar and when baby was born I just swapped it back 2 my normal bar with no issues.

I switched to a maternity bar with my 1st, but lost it by the time I was pregnant with #2, so for #2 and #3, I just kept my regular bar in. I will probably just keep my regular one in this time to. So woman do find that the maternity bar is more comfortable, it really is up to you, and what is most comfortable for you

I am 32 weeks pregnant with my 5th baby and have never took my nelly bar out through any of my pregnancy’s and it’s been fine x

I wore my regular bar the entire pregnancy. I took it out sometimes for work because the top ball would show through on some of my work shirts making my belly look like it had a nipple lol, but other than that...

I took mine out a little after 10wks only bc as you can clearly see in this pic (14wks) my belly button started to pop out so early lmao.

I'm 34wks now and my hole is still open. I put the ring through every once in awhile to make sure it doesn't close and it hasn't.

my body rejected the plastic of it so i had to take it out but whenever i bathed or showered i just stuck the bar in and back out to keep the hole open

if you don't take it out in time you may get stretch marks around it
