Sometimes I yell and I feel so bad after! I just feel so stressed and I have a lot to do and he doesn’t listen to me at all. I feel like a bad mom for yelling and not being patient 😢

I feel you! My son will be two next month and my daughter is 7 weeks. I feel like all I do is yell nowadays. I've found it's a lot easier if I get him out of the house. We will go to the trampoline park, splash pad, out for ice cream. I find controlled, enclosed spaces are the easiest, and it helps him get his energy out. You're not a bad mom. Toddlers will suck your soul.

I am with you.  I find myself regretting my responses to him A LOT.  No matter my attempts.  ..something i recently discovered is I NEED TIME TO MYSELF.  even if it's only at night when they're asleep.  I got a used stairmaster to work out and release tension at night. also, instead of trying to control my feelings all the time, i try to control my vocal chords... if i feel like yelling I try to speak in "half throat" vs "full throat" talking.  so making it like a raspy softer voice intentionally before I end up talking normal and then yelling without noticing ...
