Weird feeling...

So all last night and this morning I generally feel unwell. I am extremely nauseated and almost vomit often. Now I have some pressure in my bum which may be constipation related but it feels different. I have also had period like cramps all night. I have an odd suspicion something is happening today. Possibly labor or I'm just going to dilate a little further. at 36 and 6 I was 1cm and 30% effaced. My last labor was under 3 hours start to finish so I'm getting nervous.

Honestly feel like vomiting 24/7 today....

anybody have a weird sense and it pan out? Or am I just hopeful
