PLEASE REPLY

Okay, so I started my last period on July 20 and I started taking birth control on the 25. I took it for about a week and then found out I have an ovarian cyst on my left ovary. I have since then had unprotected sex 3 times After stopping. However I did bleed after I stopped, like three days after (like a fake period). But my nipples are hurting. I had sex 2 days before my ovulation, 4 days before, and the day of my ovulation. Please share your thoughts.
