Nexplanon

So I got Nexplanon, the birth control implant that goes in your arm. I’ve been on it for almost 3 months. Every time I get my period my cramps hurt so bad and my period lasts for 3 weeks straight. My face breaks out like crazy. I’ve never felt like this before. I know it could be from raising a baby (3 ½ month old) but I just feel drained and not myself. All these side effects make me feel like getting it removed. Anyone out there keep their implant in and had symptoms get better? Should I wait and see if things get better or should I get it removed? It sounded like a good idea after having a baby but now idk. . . 😩
