Baby stopped taking bottle

I breastfeed my son, and starting at five weeks, we introduced one bottle of breastmilk per day that my husband gives him in the evening to prepare him to take bottles when I return to work. He'll be 12 weeks tomorrow, and for the past five days or so, he's started refusing the bottle. When my husband tries to give it to him, he just screams and pushes it away. He's hungry and will take a boob though. It's so weird because he had no hesitation previously and would hsppily chug his bottle. Any thoughts on why this might be happening and tips on getting him to take a bottle again?
