feeling defeated

My daughter is 5 weeks old today. I've been ebf since she was about 10 days old. she does have a lip tie and possible posterior tongue tie, but has been gaining weight very well. the past Week or two she has been fussy all the time. I'll feed her for 10-30 minutes and she will be fussy so I keep putting her to breast but all she does is suck a few seconds then start screaming again. I can see milk pouring out of her mouth. this morning through my tears I decided to try a bottle of pumped milk, which she immediately took and fell asleep after an hour and a half of me trying to put her to breast. I'm not sure if I'm looking for advice, tips, or just sympathy... but I'm feeling like she can't get satisfied at the breast. help!
