Subchorionic Hematoma?

Went to the ER tonight because I had a tiny bit of spotting and a bit of cramping. Based on my LMP I’m 7 weeks, but they did an ultrasound and I have a gestational sac and yolk sac measuring at 5w5d. I also have a subchorionic hematoma. I’ve been placed on bed rest and pelvic rest until I get a sooner appt with an OB (the one I have now isn’t until 9/13). They also did my HCG level. 7/23 it was 94.9, on 7/25 it was 162, and last night on 8/6 was 13,009. Has anyone had a subchorionic hematoma and the pregnancy ended up okay? I’m freaking out a little bit. I’ve had 3 miscarriages in the past, and this is the furthest along I’ve made it so far.
