Reached 9 weeks again!

So I'm 9 weeks today by lmp (no scan yet) and this is the stage in march where I lost my baby and this was after my 6 week scan showing a heartbeat. I'm waiting until 12 weeks for my scan this time round. Unless I have any problems, as don't want all the prodding around. My symptoms are so strong this time round and I actually feel pregnant! The nausea is the worst this week and sore boobs too. I'm so anxious I won't make it to 10 weeks, but I am feeling more positive this time round. 😊 How is everyone else feeling at this stage?
