Herbal tea cold remedy ok while bf?
I have a head cold and know to avoid most medications you would normally take. But what about the ingredients in this tea? Are any of them bad for my supply or the baby? I know I could google but honestly you ladies seem to know your stuff and googling just turns up a bunch of contradictions. Thanks!
