Post AF. Sore Nipples??

Question

AF, came last week, it seems as though my nipples never really stopped being sore ? If anything they are more tender today . Could this be early pregnancy symptom or about to ovulate? I’ve read that some women had their period and still were pregnant . So frustrating.
