Aromatherapy humidifier bad?

Are these bad for babies? I heard eucalyptus is calming and helps relax to sleep and good for colds and coughs. Is it bad to have these?

There are two types of eucalyptus.
One is ok for babies and the other isn’t. I can’t remember which is which though. That being said, we use aromatherapy daily. We don’t use a diffuser in her room because it’s too small, but I do put oils on her skin before bed.

I have one in my house, but not in baby’s room. She has a plain humidifier we use when she’s sick. Essential oils can be harsh on babies if they’re too concentrated. Best to keep them in the common areas.

I personally do not use any scented items with my lo. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I don’t think it’s bad to use in moderation.

My doctor says there is no research evidence to show any benefit.
