Is this a miscarriage!?!

So I didn’t have a period for two months and today marks a week after I missed the second period I started having mild cramps throughout today and I started feeling wet in Walmart so I went to the bathroom and was bleeding kind of bad luckily I had a pad on me and when I got home this was on the pad.

I did take a test a week after I missed the first period and it was negative and I had a dr appointment scheduled to see if I am pregnant and to tell how far I am if I was and its on Friday

I’m not on any birth control and I was getting excited thinking I was pregnant ...... ):
