stepsons oral hygeine

hey everyone...

what would u do if ur stepsons teeth looked like this. no matter how many times u yell at him take stuff away watch him.

he's 13 yrs old going into 7th

grade I have to set a timer on my phone

and use a 2 min sand timer upstairs

he is always in such a rush no matter what it is

Showering - will LITERALLY TURN THE WATER on and a minute IF that he's done when he gets dressed after the shower he is soaked than gets pissed about not being able to get his clothes on

teeth - he does it so fast I'll be upstairs when he's putting toothpaste on by the time I get down our 10 stairs he's back in his room.

dressed- everytime he gets dressed his boxers are sticking out and giving him a wedgy.. his shirt is inside out, backwards, or both. he's even went I school like this and we've let him cause we tell him everyday SLOWN DOWN!

he has ADHD and is on pills but even with and, without them he's in a rush.

(his mother dnt care and barely sees them so I've been raising them for 6 yrs)

I tell him do u wanna get picked on or have no teeth he goes no! but and care he's always in such a rush to either go watch YouTube on his phone, play his tablet, and now his phone (which I think once schools here he's gonna only have it during the weekend)

he's behind 3 grade levels in reading.. my bf says he's getting better since he's gotten the phone but to be honest he's not. cause he's not learning how to spell the correct way hes learning to spell the txt sling way...

advice

(yes I know he needs braces we're having a hard time with insurance and can't afford out of pocket RN)
