What do I do? ADVICE PLEASE

So my boyfriend lately has been very distant we would usually talk everyday but now days pass like 2-3 days and not text or anything from him today we were talking AND he sent me a picture of “his you know what” for the first time and I was kinda shocked But right now I’m so confused at times he has been a little rude to me And I want to say something about it but I’m just very shy and I shut people out when it comes to my feelings. I’m not sure how to respond to that picture AND I know it isn’t good to lie to him but I made up a lie that my phone is taken away because I just needed to think and process some stuff I have never had doubts about our relationship but now since he has been cold and distant it couldn’t help but make me think thoughts that I wish I DONT have CAN anyone give me advice please??...
