Can I be...?

So I need a little bit of help here.. I have what I think is my “regular” period bt my ex boyfriend and I had sex before we broke up but we’ve always used protection bt he’s finished inside of me almost every time we did it. Even though I’m on what I think is my period I’m noticing some weird symptoms. Every morning for the past week I’ve been waking up with major headaches and nausea and when I throw up it’s a yellowish green substance. I get really tired out of no where. I’ve already told my ex bf and he says he’ll buy me a pregnancy test bt I’m scared to find out bc i know my parents are going to be really disappointed in me. 😪 I don’t know what to do I can’t really go to anyone.. 😔
