Weird date off match

I met this guy off match, we went for a coffee date to meet for the first time the other day. Hes tall and super nerdy. He opens up about his sexuality and tells me he’s bi and immediately I’m like okay whoa what? then later on in the convo he randomly talks about how he is both a top and bottom depending on the guy. He assured me he is attracted to both men and women equally. Don’t know how I feel about it. He’s super sweet though, he keeps calling me beautiful, princess and gorgeous. He was shivelrous on our date and he drove me home and gave me a hug good bye. He keeps coming up with cute date ideas. He does have this really morbid side to him though. He told me he wanted to make offensive ice cream flavours (he’s a chef) and name them after disasters and shit. He planned it all out in his head and the names were like “Colombine cookie flavour” “sandy hook swirl” “holocaust something” and another one to do with 911 like WTF. I just don’t feel much attraction LOL buuuut besides that he’s super sweet and I also want to go on a couple more dates and get to know him more before cutting him off. He loves children and he does the big brother big sister thing and told me some super sweet stories about that. He also really wants kids which I do as well. Thoughts?
