Lil question

So lets say there is this guy u like older. You guys clicked instantly and it is as if you both were kind of in love instantly and were so cute together but then it fell apart because the other person now went back home to another state.

Now since the person has been back they dont text u at all but if u text them at least they text back instantly. Also they do always see what you posted on snapcht.

Would you still stay with this person? What would you tell them if you really like them and want to work things out if they dont text you at all?would you wait for them to text you at all and then have a serious talk with them or just not stay with that person at all?
