Insurance & breast pump HELP!

I have state insurance (United Heath care) I'm 100% covered for EVERYTHING! I called my insurance 2weeks ago abiut a breast pump and in my benefits I was given three names of places I can choose from to get a pump! They all have the same pumps about 6 to pick from. Seems easy enough right? I tried the first place that was highly recommend and receive an email saying they aren't contracted with my insurance 🤔 Weird but I moved on to the second place. Same thing! Then the third place was saying my OB wasn't on the list of care providers? Wtf! I had called my insurance AGAIN yesterday (Friday) and the lady was was nice and understand of my frustration of this being a back and forth thing for 2 weeks! I'm more anxious about this after I saw my OB earlier in the week and learned it's looking like baby will be here early! So when I got more denial emails I just broke down! My insurance says "Reach out to so and so and they will reach out to your doctor's office to confirm prof of pregnancy and you will get whatever pump you pick." BUT it hasn't even gotten passed the "We work with your insurance" part! I'M AT A LOSS! What do I do? My insurance is saying they work with these people but these people are saying they don't!
