so this month I don't know if this is considered a period it started very light pink

then it went to

this morning it's just a little redder but I usually have a full period by now I am on birth control and took my 3rd sugar pill last night. is it just a light period? my boyfriend and I are sexually active.

That is not considered a period. A period would be a flow. If you don't start in a few days you'll probably need to take a pregnancy test.
