My baby daddy won’t move on!!!

We’ve been broken up for over a year & I have another boyfriend. He doesn’t know about him yet because we’ve been keeping it on the dl but now me and him are thinking about moving in together & I feel like I should tell him? It’s not even any of his business but I tell him almost weekly that we are done & he won’t get it thru his head. He chose drugs over my daughter and I and now I’ve moved on. Should I even bother telling him? Should I delete him off social media ? What would you do ?
