boy problems😬

so ive liked this guy for almost a year now and about 3 months ago he told me he feels the same way, and me and him have been reallyyyyyyy flirty over snapchat and other things and he came over to my house with all my friends and i gave him a “handy” there and it was amazing, the second time i gave a handy to him was in a tent with 4 other people in the tent😑, but the thing is he doesnt want to date:/ and we had a huge fight over it but now we forgiven each other and now we talk like we used to and he still doesnt want to date and if i bring up dating then he gets mad and i dont want to loose him:(( any advise??
