I feel like I’m failing.

I just can’t get my guy to latch. He was able to at the start but my milk hadnt fully come in yet and he wasn’t getting quite enough milk so we had to start bottle feeding him formula and now he just won’t latch on at all. He try’s but instantly pushes my nipple out with his tongue. I just want to cry because I want him closer to me. I want to breast feed. Im still pumping but I can’t even make 2 ounces at a time and that’s with doing both boobs. And I cry when he try’s because he won’t hold on and everyone gets frustrated with me... what am I supposed to do. I already had to get a c section and can’t move or take care of him in any other way.
