Toddler freezing at night?!

My two year old hates wearing clothes! We don’t even fight her at night - she just sleeps in a diaper. She yells “noooo” if you try to put anything on her. I always cover her with a blanket but she kicks it off. Her room isn’t cold, it’s in the upper 70s. And her ceiling fan is on low. But her skin feels so cold by morning! She I make her wear PJs? I feel so bad for her. I’d freeze without a blanket! We have wearable blankets for her but she hates those too.
