Can I stop pumping?

My LO is 4 months old and is finally breastfeeding exclusively. And my supply seems pretty steady. I was wondering if I could stop pumping and just breastfeed him? I’m a sahm so I’m able to nurse him on demand whenever.

you can but it's good to get a little stash incase you get sick or if you are away then who ever watches your child has some breastmilk to feed them but you don't have to pump all the time and once they sleep through the night sometimes u may have to get up and pump bc you get full. I was a frist time mom and breastfed but had family and friends that breastfed so they told me the ropes. Good luck

I would love to hear how you moved towards exclusively breastfeeding as your child got older. Mine feels like he’ll never fully get the hang of it!
