help💔😭❤🤔

so I got 2 different sets of blood work done... the first time they did my blood work my HCG levels were 13,129 and then 3 days later they are 13,677... good or bad?? I'm stressing out💔 the only reason they did blood work is cause they told my my baby was dead because at my 6w5D ultrasound appointment they could see a heartbeat or blood flow to the baby.. so I asked them to do blood work.. still waiting for the doctor to call the only reason I know my results is because I can see them online..
