What did you do the month you got pregnant??

Question

So I’m 20 and I have been TTC for a while now. I did get pregnant my first month trying, but it ended in a miscarriage. Since then, nothing! 
I have never tried opk’s or anything. We just have unprotected sex throughout the month. I do have irregular periods though, so it is possible we aren’t having sex on the right days. 
What did you guys do the month you conceived? opk’s? PreSeed? Etc? I’m going to Walmart soon so I want to stack up on things that may help. 😂 thanks.

I had just been told I probably couldn’t have kids because we were TTC for over a year and a half. So I quit trying all together. I had just called my mom and cried to her because nothing was working and I was beginning to think I would never get to be a mommy. Fast forward to two weeks later, we quit taking ovulation tests and doing all the other stuff to get pregnant and BOOM the seed was planted. I woke up one day with really bad heartburn and nausea and I was three days late on my period. (That is usually normal for me though because I have PCOS so I’ve never been regular)
I had one pregnancy test left in my closet and for shits and giggles I ended up taking it and getting my positive. 
It’s when you least expect it. And that’s the worst advice because I HATED when people would tell me “it’s when you stop trying” but tbh it’s so true. When you’re not regulating your sex life, you can enjoy it so much more and that’s what makes the babies. I’m now 19 weeks pregnant and sooooo grateful that i get to experience it. It will happen for you too. Lots of baby dust your way 💖👶🏻

I was vegetarian at the time.. and I just tracked to see when we needed to have sex.... my friend always told me like 2 weeks after the beginning of your period and that’s how I conceived my last two i think ;)

I quit doing ovulation tests and basal temps. We actually weren’t really trying bc we had been for two years and finally decided to see a dr in a couple weeks. But we also started having sex in the morning bc I read that sperm are more active then. So maybe that did it. My husband was also taking vitamin c and e plus a multivitamin

I conceived accidentally lol so I am of no help. But I would try to do OPKs for a month or two to see when you ovulate. Try having sex every other day if possible.

I would go to your doctor if you have irregular periods first to get help with that.
