confused

I haven't had a period in 8 months but me and my boyfriend still try for a baby and have inter course alot well I just got put on metfromin a week ago and my period finally started after not having it for 8 months the metfromin helped really fast i thought it be a month till i had a period but nope anyways. Could i already be pregnant the period started Sunday and now nothing I still have a funny feeling n light cramps in stomach the period was only for 2 days and it was light plus I have pcos that's why they put Me on metfromin. Coulda I got pregnant even tho i didnt have a period in 8 months and the metfromin just helped cuz we had sex Friday and Saturday night Sunday afternoon I had light spotting then turned into a light period
