Should I never eat bread again?

What do you guys eat to stay a healthy weight? Worried that it is almost impossible to stay slim with PCOS.

The science backs up Paleo and Keto diets for hormone regulation. By regulating your blood sugar, your body regulates your hormones. It also helps stave off the diabetes risk too. 
It’s intense, so ease into it to increase success. I recommend a slow elimination diet if you can, so you have time to readjust and not feel deprived. 
My dear friend had the weight side of PCOS and did Keto for 9 months, lost over 60lbs so she could start fertility treatment and got pregnant her first round of Clomid. She continued to lose weight through her pregnancy and is now lighter at 9 months pregnant than she was when she got pregnant! 
I’ve always struggled with keeping my weight down, I’ve been mostly successful but it’s a lot of work. When I switched to Paleo I lost a bunch of weight with no additional effort and it’s staying off.  It’s a lifestyle change though, not a diet.

just eliminate white breads and stick to whole grains. as long as you don’t have a gluten intolerance, there should be nothing wrong with consuming bread. and being “thin” or losing weight really just comes down to calories in/calories out, whole grains are actually part of a balanced diet so i’d recommend you keep them ☺️
