Husband not helping

Anyone else husbands not as helpful as you think they should be? He’s a teacher and is going back to school next week. I’m a nurse so work 3 days a week 13 hour shifts and only get about 4-6 hours of sleep a night due to baby. Baby does also not nap at all during the day, he will take 15 minute naps maybe twice a day and that’s it. My husband has never offered to take baby so I can get a nap in and he is breast fed so I feed at night too. Any suggestions on how to bring it up to him without him getting upset?
