Skin help please!😭

So I've had Acne for around 2 years now and have been put on various different prescribed creams and tablets from the doctors. I am now on the birth control pill and it's stopped 75% of my outbreaks and cleared up my most of skin nicely. I know I should be so grateful for this and I am but I still have a very bumpy forehead, patches on my cheeks and lower chin off, like, under the surface spots if that makes any sense? No redness or anything yet in a certain light it looks like I have 100000 little bumps all over my chin cheeks and forehead. I can't use foundation as it accentuates them so I really don't no what to do. It seems like all of my skin care products just don't do anything as the spots/bumps are under the surface. Just wondering if anybody has any tips or help please, would be really grateful x
