Hurt and Broken

I had my doctor appt this morning and of course things always have to turn out bad for me. He measured my baby which is measured at 6w+3D last Thursday it was just 6w. But my baby’s heartbeat was so slow, so he told me to go back next week see if anything improved. I never thought I’d experience this but I guess everybody has some experience, this is hurt. Hurt is realizing, you were only meant to have one happy moment when you first see those two lines or plus sign. Hurt is realizing your two little ones will probably no longer have a new sister or brother. Hurt is knowing you have to prep yourself for hearing the worst instead of hearing “Everything looks healthy”. Not one time today he said I may be miscarrying but he also said it’s something that may not last long. So from now on until next week I’m getting myself ready to hear “I’m sorry but you no longer are pregnant or your baby no longer has a heartbeat”. This is hurt 💔
