you can try some coffee i just got a small frappe from mcdonalds and its making its work within minutes of drinking it 😂 sorry tmi. i been constipated since i started taking iron pills and other meds you can also try miralax but tbh that never helped me good luck

Colace is allowed in the short term. They gave it to me while I was in the hospital since all the medicine I was on made it to where I couldn't 💩
