baby won't stop crying

my baby is on their 3rd leap on the wonder weeks app and won't stop crying. it's been a week and a half an I'm exhausted. the only thing to stop her crying in the middle of the night is to stand up in the middle of the room and keep moving!? but for like 2 hours. is this a normal thing? i have to do it in the day a lot too. Idon't mind doing it but I'm getting about 2 hours of sleep a night because of cluster feeding so by midnight I'm tired standing up. I'm starting to bleed to so I'm pumping one side.

baby didn't gain as much as normal this week either so I'm worried that she's not getting enough milk even though I know it's normal to cluster feed and she does have wet and dirty nappies. I keep worrying she's not satisfied (she has a really shallow latch, trying to get help for it) and that's why she's crying and the timing is coincidental. she wasn't like this on the last two leaps. she only cluster fed at the start/growth spurts.

I do have a baby sling but because my nipples are cracked and sore it hurts too much to put it on.

Anyone got any advice for me? or just let me know this is normal behaviour please and hopefully it'll pass soon.
